What types of floral materials does SANA use?
At SANA, we thoughtfully select floral materials to suit the mood, setting, and longevity of each design. Below is a guide to the three artificial floral types we work with, each offering its own unique beauty.
Silk Flowers: Silk flowers are made from fabric. They are lightweight and graceful, with a soft drape that moves beautifully in arrangements.
Velvet Flowers: Velvet flowers have a plush texture. These blooms create depth and drama, making them perfect for luxurious settings where mood and impact are desired.
Real Touch Flowers: Real touch flowers feature a specialised coating that replicates the natural softness and subtle moisture of real petals. They are the most lifelike option, designed to closely replicate the look and feel of fresh blooms.
Care & Styling
How do I clean silk flowers?
A gentle refresh is all you need. Use a soft duster, clean makeup brush, or cool hairdryer on a low setting to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, lightly wipe petals with a slightly damp cloth, avoid soaking and allow to air-dry.
Are your silk flowers suitable for outdoor use?
Our arrangements are designed primarily for indoor styling. If you’d like florals for a covered outdoor area, we can advise on suitable stems and placement, but we recommend keeping arrangements out of direct sun, rain, and strong wind to preserve colour and shape.

Do you offer customised arrangements?
Absolutely. Custom pieces are our specialty. Share your preferred colour palette, vase style, size, and the space you’re styling and we’ll create a SANA arrangement tailored to your vision.
Do you offer wedding or event florals?
Yes. We offer bespoke silk floral designs for weddings and events, from statement arrangements to styling pieces. Enquire with your date, colour palette, and inspiration, and we’ll guide you through the options.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 business hours.
Once shipped:
Australia Post Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days depending on your location.
Australia Post Express Shipping: 1-4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or courier delays. If you're working to a specific date, please let us know - we'll always do our best to accomodate.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we’re unable to offer international shipping.
How are the flowers packaged?
With great care. Each arrangement is securely wrapped and boxed to protect delicate petals, stems, and vessels during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many SANA pieces are custom-made, we’re generally unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you have any concerns, please reach out, we’re always happy to help.
What if my flowers arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the arrangement. We’ll assess the issue promptly and work with you on a suitable solution.
