Why should I choose silk flowers over fresh flowers?
Silk florals offer the beauty of fresh blooms without the short lifespan. They’re long-lasting, low-maintenance, allergy-friendly, and always “in season”. They're perfect for homes, businesses, and special moments you want to enjoy again and again.
How do I clean silk flowers?
A gentle refresh is all you need. Use a soft duster, clean makeup brush, or cool hairdryer on a low setting to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, lightly wipe petals with a slightly damp cloth, avoid soaking and allow to air-dry.
Are your silk flowers suitable for outdoor use?
Our arrangements are designed primarily for indoor styling. If you’d like florals for a covered outdoor area, we can advise on suitable stems and placement, but we recommend keeping arrangements out of direct sun, rain, and strong wind to preserve colour and shape.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Orders are carefully prepared before dispatch, and delivery typically takes a few business days once shipped. If you’re working to a specific date, please let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we’re unable to offer international shipping.
How are the flowers packaged?
With great care. Each arrangement is securely wrapped and boxed to protect delicate petals, stems, and vessels during transit.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many SANA pieces are custom-made, we’re generally unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you have any concerns, please reach out, we’re always happy to help.
