SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At SANA, each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

During busy periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time. Estimated timeframes will be provided where applicable.

 

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

 

Standard shipping within Australia:

2–8 business days depending on location.

 

Express shipping within Australia:

1–4 business days after dispatch.

 

Regional or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or peak shipping periods.

 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. SANA is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery fees may apply.


Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is available to receive it, unless otherwise requested. Once marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

SANA is not liable for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been completed.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact contact@sanasilkflorals.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the packaging and item

• A brief description of the issue

We will assess the situation and provide a resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can lodge an enquiry with the courier. Investigations may take several business days.
